This remarkable achievement reflects Ayma’s dedication, the tireless efforts of her teachers, and the steadfast support of her family.
Ms. Jennifer Shield, an Inclusive Education expert from Canada, conducted a three-day session for MFF School’s academic and rehabilitation staff. The training covered a review of inclusive education, strategies for using literature to enhance inclusion, general information about Down syndrome, and a guide to teaching students with Down syndrome and other hands-on learners.
MFF was honored to host a team from Aga Khan University (AKU), including Dr. Zulfiqar Bhutta, is a Distinguished University Professor and Founding Director of the Institute for Global Health and Development and the Centre of Excellence in Women and Child Health, as well as Chair in Global Health at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Dr. Tania Bubela, Provost and Vice President Academic, AKU, Dr. Salman Kirmani, the Director, Centre of Excellence, Women & Child Health and Interim Director, Human Development Program, and Dr. Salim Virani, Vice Provost, Research for a tour of the MFF Rehabilitation Center and MFF School. The team expressed admiration for MFF’s dedication and commitment to inclusive education and rehabilitation services. They were particularly inspired by the hard work and devotion of MFF staff in delivering these essential services to the Gilgit-Baltistan region. They also commended Dr. Zeba Rasmussen, the Chairperson and Founder of MFF, and our esteemed Patrons Stephen Rasmussen and Arshad Mohammed for their visionary leadership and commitment to providing high-quality services to the community in GB, recognizing MFF as a model of excellence and compassion.
The 22nd MFF Board Meeting and Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place on October 27, 2024. During the meeting, attendees reviewed the progress and annual plans for MFF’s two thematic areas: the Mehnaz Fatima Rehabilitation Program (MFRP) and MFF School, as well as the proposed budgets for MFF and MFRP for 2025. We extend our sincere gratitude to all esteemed Board members and our Patrons for their invaluable time, support, and dedication to enhancing the quality of services at MFF.

The Mehnaz Fatima Montessori and Inclusive Education Center (MFMIEC) is going to announce the admissions of the Reception classes for the year 2019. The Registration forms will be available from 14 to 18 January, 2019 at 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Finance office. The last date of registration form submission is 21 January 2019.
After the successful submission of registration form the next step would be the admission process. The concern authority will intimate the Parents after scrutinization of registration forms.
